One becomes Aware of this
when attention ceases to become distracted or “interested”
in the arising thoughts
concepts or contents
of Consciousness
By simply witnessing
these thoughts
not following or becoming interested in them
By simply Breathing
relaxing the body-mind
Attention will relax into Consciousness
Then simply be
Aware of Being
